Solicitation Announcement of Official Poster Schemes for the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 and the 4th Asian Para Games Hangzhou 2022

On 28 July 2021, the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 Organising Committee and the 4th Asian Para Games Hangzhou 2022 Organising Committee (hereinafter referred to as “collector”) began to solicit official poster schemes (hereinafter referred to as “scheme”) for the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 and the 4th Asian Para Games Hangzhou 2022 (hereinafter referred to as “Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 and Asian Para Games Hangzhou 2022”). We sincerely welcome natural persons, legal persons and unincorporated organisations (hereinafter referred to as “applicants”, and natural persons, legal persons and unincorporated organisations can jointly act as applicant) who are interested in the official poster design of Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 and Asian Para Games Hangzhou 2022 to participate in this activity.

In addition to voluntary applicants, the collector will invite those satisfactory ones to participate. All applicants must abide by all the terms and conditions of this announcement and Solicitation Documents for Official Poster Schemes of Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 and Asian Para Games Hangzhou 2022 (see annex, hereinafter referred to as “Solicitation Documents”).
