Liangzhu National Archaeological Site Park is situated in Hangzhou, East China's Zhejiang province. During summer, the trees, grass, river and sky form a beautiful picture.
Located in the Yangtze River Basin, the Archaeological Ruins of Liangzhu dating back to 3,300-2,300 BC reveal an early state with a unified belief system based on rice cultivation in Late Neolithic China, which offers profound and compelling evidence that the Chinese civilization started 5,000 years ago, 1,000 years earlier than previously estimated. It was enlisted in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 2019.
