TEAM FOUNDER
In 2020 he founded an amateur running team called Team Aspro in Bandung, Indonesia. "Regeneration is one of my missions with Team Aspro. I realise that my sporting career won't last forever, and Team Aspro will be my vehicle to stay involved in the sport." He began serving in the Indonesian Army in 2008. "In 2007 I was running around a military area in Magelang, Indonesia. A gentleman saw me and asked me to join the army. He said he often saw me running in the area and was amazed by my stamina. He told me to go and enlist myself. I found out later that the kind gentleman was a two-star general."
