Team Overview
General
Nouh Al Jalaboubi and Mazin Al Hashmi made their Asian Games debut at Indonesia 2018. After winning all three of their preliminary round matches, they beat Mohammed Al Qishawi and Khaled Al Arqan of Palestine in straight sets in the round of 16. They were then defeated in the quarterfinals, losing to the Indonesian pair of Gilang Ramadhan and Danangsyah Pribadi who went on to win the bronze medal.
Al Jalaboubi and Al Hashmi competed together at the Asian championships in 2018 and 2023. Their best result came in 2018 in Satun, Thailand, where they reached the round of 16. At the 2023 Asian Championships in Fuzhou, the pair won one of three group stage matches and did not advance to the knockout rounds.
