MOVE TO UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
In 2012 he relocated to the United Arab Emirates in order to develop his career as an athlete. He was supported by the UAE Karate Federation and began training with the Emirati national team. "They treated me like a family, so it always feels like home." (Olympics YouTube channel, 20 Jun 2021)
